Post Warranty Maintenance

PPW offers post warranty service for any Lucent/AVAYA system.

The plan offers 8-5 Mon-Fri service and covers replacement of all equipment and labor required when necessary. However, our Maintenance Plan goes beyond just parts and labor warranties. Please see below the additional benefits we provide:

Maintenance Agreement customers get the benefit of not having to worry about service-call charges. With a maintenance contract, service-calls are the same price every time — No Additional Charge!

Replacement of defective equipment

Should any part of your telephone system fail (phone, processor, voicemail etc.) that part will be replaced at - No Additional Charge!

Discounted material and no O.T.

Maintenance customers enjoy reduced labor rates for non-warranty work. Labor is $10 less per hour for adds, moves and changes. Additional new equipment is discounted 20-40% off MSRP, and after-hours labor is billed at regular rate. No Overtime Charges.
